To follow up on the game of revealing search words; a couple of days ago someone googled 'tired fat lonely' and ended up chez ' ypoglycemiagirl. Hmm. Since then I have done the following; biked to work yesterday (about 14 km), gone to bed early, today I went running at lunchtime and went out for after-work beer with colleagues.
